Easy To Make
Going camping? Or out of groceries? No worries! All of our recipes are super easy to make only requiring water (no butter or milk) and either a stovetop or microwave. Measurements are also provided on the packaging to keep things simple.
We Give Back
FishSki Provisions was created from a backpacking recipe by married couple Rob and Tania McCormack. As outdoor enthusiasts, FishSki Provisions gives back to the outdoors ensuring great fishing and skiing for many years to come.
Our Mission
FishSki Provisions' three favorite things are: Southwestern food, fly fishing, and skiing. We created this company to help spread the flavors of Southwestern food through easy to make recipes, while giving back to volunteer conservation and access efforts.

Inspired By The Southwest
All FishSki Provisions meals feature New Mexican Hatch Chile. For hundreds of years a very special green pepper has been planted along the Rio Grande River in New Mexico. Hatch green chile is world famous for a subtle crisp, sweet, mildly spicy taste; and exceptional nutritional value.
FishSki Provisions Is a Family Business
Married couple and Co-Founders Rob and Tania are outdoor enthusiasts who love delicious foods from their home in the Rocky Mountain Southwest. For years friends and family pressed Tania and Rob to sell their Southwestern camping recipes in stores. In 2017 they turned their passions (fly fishing, skiing, and Southwestern cooking) into a business and love sharing those home recipes with you. As for the fishing and skiing: at least 3% of every FishSki Provisions sale supports volunteer conservation or access efforts that provide great fishing and/or skiing!
