1. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order has been shipped. Please note that delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.00. Orders under $49.99 have a flat shipping rate of $4.90.
4. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and its territories.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 180 days of delivery. Items must be in new or slightly used condition.
6. How do I return an item?

You can download and print a free return label from our website or request one via email. Returns are sent by mail, and there are no restocking fees.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
8. What if my order arrives damaged or is missing?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 180 days at info@bigmartusa.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
If your package shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 10 days of the delivery date so we can assist.

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard for all online purchases. All transactions are processed securely in USD.
